About Dr. Williams

Dr. Williams joins Valley Perinatal Services from El Paso, Texas, where she spent the past three years providing dedicated, high-quality care. She earned her biology degree from Bucknell University, completed medical school and her OB/GYN residency at Rutgers–Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, and went on to a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the University of Connecticut, where she also earned a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research.

A natural leader and patient-care advocate, Dr. Williams is passionate about quality improvement and mentoring future women’s health providers. She has held leadership roles including Maternal Medical Director and Chief of OB/GYN at Del Sol Medical Center and has contributed to academic research, presenting on maternal health disparities and reviewing for medical journals.

Dr. Williams is recognized for her thoughtful, detail-oriented, and equitable approach to care. Her clinical interests include complex medical complications of pregnancy, prenatal diagnosis, and initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery, combining evidence-based medicine with clear, compassionate communication.

Dr. Williams primarily serves patients in the West Valley with Valley Perinatal Services, where her calm presence and clinical expertise support improved outcomes for mothers and families.
