Dawn is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. After witnessing a birth for the first time in nursing school, Dawn knew that she would spend her career taking care of moms and babies.

Because she has more than 20 years of experience specializing in women’s health, Dawn has extensive experience caring for families throughout their high-risk pregnancies. In addition, she has a special interest special interest in Perinatal Mental Health.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Carolina University in 1999 and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati in 2012. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for Nurses. She is a current member of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Society for Maternal Fetal-Medicine (SMFM).

In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her loved ones, riding her Drum horse Einar, and exploring the remote areas of the southwest off-roading and hiking.
