Billing & Payment Information

Understanding your financial responsibility before your visit.

At Valley Perinatal Services, we want to make your healthcare experience as seamless as possible. Part of that commitment includes providing clear information about your financial responsibilities so you know what to expect before your appointment.

Our team is here to answer your billing questions and help you understand your payment options.

Please Be Prepared to Pay at Your Visit

Co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance, and other applicable patient-responsibility amounts are due at the time of service.

We ask that all patients come prepared to make their required payment when checking in for their appointment.

What you may be responsible for:

  • Co-payments: A fixed amount required by your insurance plan for certain healthcare visits.
  • Deductibles: The amount you must pay for covered healthcare services before your insurance begins paying, according to your plan.
  • Coinsurance: The percentage of covered healthcare costs that you are responsible for after meeting any applicable deductible.
  • Outstanding balances: Any unpaid patient-responsibility amounts from previous visits.

Your financial responsibility varies based on your insurance coverage and the services provided.

Have an Outstanding Balance? We're Here to Help.

If you have an outstanding balance on your account, please contact our Billing Department before scheduling your next appointment to discuss your balance and establish a payment arrangement, if needed.

Know Your Benefits Before Your Visit

We encourage patients to review their insurance benefits before their appointment. Your insurance provider is the best resource for understanding your specific coverage, including applicable co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance.

Patients should be prepared to provide their current insurance card and photo identification at each visit.
