Catherine Sendek is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who has been proudly serving patients at Valley Perinatal Services since 2021. She is certified in both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), ensuring she is well-equipped to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in high-acuity settings.

Catherine has been a resident of the Phoenix Valley since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude as a New American University Scholar. She went on to receive her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the highly regarded program at Midwestern University in 2021. During her time at MWU, Catherine held several leadership positions, including External Affairs Chair and Student Ambassador, demonstrating her commitment to both academic excellence and service.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants (AZPA), Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APAOG), the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM). Her involvement in these organizations reflects her dedication to remaining current in her field and advancing women’s healthcare.
