Dr. Kathleen Kuhlman, Director of Reproductive Ultrasound, is a nationally known, board certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist. She brings special experience in the area of Fetal Diagnostic Ultrasound and Reproductive Ultrasound. Dr. Kuhlman received her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. This is where she also completed her OB/GYN residency and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
As an outstanding sonologist and educator in her field, Dr. Kuhlman is a recognized expert in ultrasound. Her experience has given her the opportunity to be a reviewer for several professional publications. She received Best Teaching Awards in the past and has been named Best Doctor’s in America for more than a decade.
Prior to relocation to the Phoenix area, she created the Philadelphia area’s first program for sonohysterography and 3D ultrasound in the fetus. She has presented research and lectures at a national level. Over several decades, Dr. Kuhlman taught OB/GYN and Radiology residents’ best practices in ultrasound at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Drexel University School of Medicine.
Dr. Kuhlman brings cutting-edge diagnostic ultrasound and prenatal diagnostic procedures to Valley Perinatal Services. Her passion for providing the highest level of diagnostic ultrasound services assures the OB/GYN community that their patients will receive compassionate care with high quality ultrasound services.
