About Julie
Julie McWhorter, PA-C, is a seasoned Physician Assistant with more than 15 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across urgent care, women’s health, and specialized gynecology. An Arizona native, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology from Arizona State University and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. Since 2008, she has built a dynamic career serving patients throughout Phoenix and the West Valley.
Julie’s clinical background spans urgent care, OB/GYN, prenatal care, chronic pelvic pain, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. She has worked in both high-acuity and routine settings, developing broad diagnostic skills and a strong ability to manage complex cases. Her specialized training in women’s health and pelvic pain management gives her a unique perspective in evaluating and treating a wide range of conditions. Whether performing procedures, interpreting diagnostics, or providing continuity of care, she brings a precise, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach to every encounter.
