Booker is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist dedicated to improving the health of mothers and babies. Raised in Annapolis, Maryland, he earned his medical degree from Creighton University\u2014where he also served as a Washington Health Policy Fellow with the National Committee for Quality Assurance\u2014then completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.<\/p><p>While in fellowship, Dr. Booker further broadened his expertise by obtaining a master\u2019s degree in Clinical Informatics from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. His combined background in medicine, policy, and informatics allows him to approach complex maternal health issues with a systems-based perspective, improving care coordination and quality for high-risk pregnancies.<\/p><p>Dr. Booker is passionate about the collaborative and multidisciplinary nature of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He chose this specialty because it allows him to work with a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. He is especially driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful, generational impact through his work.<\/p><p>As a husband and father of five, Dr. Booker brings a deeply personal understanding of the importance of maternal and family health. His experiences as a parent have strengthened his empathy, sharpened his clinical perspective, and reinforced his mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both mothers and
